The most active and successful investor in the Middle East is a nephew of the Saudi king. His risky bet on Citigroup in the early 1990s paid off hugely and accounts for nearly half his fortune. A plan to list shares in his Kingdom Holding Company on the Saudi stock exchange late last year was delayed by weakness in the Saudi market, which has fallen 60% since it peaked in late February 2006. The drop in value of Alwaleed's Saudi holdings was offset by gains in investments such as Citigroup and News Corp. In February 2006 Alwaleed listed Kingdom Hotel Investments, which encompasses his hotel holdings in the Middle East, on the Dubai exchange. Alwaleed loves hotels. Last year he and a partner also closed a $3.9 billion deal to buy Fairmont Hotel & Resorts and more recently he announced that, with Bill Gates, he would take Four Seasons Hotels private for $3.8 billion, including debt.

The Joy and Problems of masturbation

The Joy and Problems of
Mastrubation

Probably the biggest problem associated with Mastrubation (also spelled: masturbation) is the preconceptions that society has placed on it through the centuries. So, mastrubating commonly causes embarrassment, shame, and guilt.

Those things alone can cause enormous physical and mental problems of all kinds. Even erectile dysfunction.

So let's start with the basics!

We are sexual being. Sexual release is as natural to our life and health as breathing, eating and sleeping. Don't let anyone ever try to make you believe differently.

Virtually everyone mastrubates or has mastrubated. It feels very good and there is nothing wrong with doing it!

In fact, if you are not having regular sexual intercourse, mastrubation is a healthful practice.

Regular ejaculation, by sexual intercourse or mastrubation, reduces the risk of prostate cancer by keeping all the sexual fluids moving.

Over Mastrubation

Over Mastrubation can cause all kinds of physical and mental problems besides prostate problems and testicular problems. Prostatitis is of course the most directly noticeable problem. You get pain in your prostate or testicles or lower back. Even your pelvis can hurt.

But here is a list of things you can experience from too much mastrubation:

* Depression

* Fatigue, even chronic fatigue

* Male hair loss

* Low back pain (it can be just a dull ache or severe!)

* Eye floaters

* Fuzzy vision

* Memory problems

* Absentmindedness (from depletion of acetylcholine)

* Lack of concentration

The reason for all this is:

Too Much Ejaculation
Greatly Depletes The Male Body.

The sexual act, for a man, uses up a lot of nutritional reserves. Women have it over us there. They can have almost unlimited sexual stimulation and only benefit by it. Men literally get used up!

Scientific research confirms this. Too much ejaculation causes the adrenal glands and the brain to create excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversions. That's the very technical explanation!

In common language: Too much ejaculation makes a man lethargic and emotionally over sympathetic due to an actual change in body chemistry.

Psychological Problems

Mastrubation in young men often is performed when there is a psychological need for emotional fulfillment. This can set a pattern that carries over into adulthood and lead to chronic excessive mastrubation. This excessive mastrubation, and the resulting problems (listed above), can create further psychological problems.

Basically, these boys and men use sex as a drug.

What Is The Right Amount?

The real question is: "How much ejaculation is healthful?" Touching your body for pleasure will never do you any harm. Forcing your body to run through the entire sexual cycle too often can be devastating!

Most men do not have any idea how much is required from the body to have an orgasm with ejaculation.

For a man over 30, twice a week is generally OK. Over 50 probably once a week. 60 maybe twice a month. Over 70, maybe once a month. Some teenagers (whose hormones are raging in overdrive) do it 2 or 3 times a day and are fine.

There is no real rule. That's just a general guideline from ancient healing arts and modern scientific observation. They both give the same numbers.

If you are experiencing some or all of the symptoms listed above, you are probably overdoing it. Try not ejaculating so frequently and notice how you feel. Keep cutting back until your feel good.

You can still enjoy sex and sexual activities. Just do not go to the point of orgasm as frequently. Stop before you cum.

If you find having less sex is too difficult, stopping short of orgasm can be a lifesaver for you. It is also a great help if non-bacterial prostatitis (also called "non-specific" prostatitis) is your problem.

For non-bacterial prostatitis sufferers, less ejaculation combined with correct prostate massage, can help restore your body better than any other prostate treatment.

Unsatisfying Orgasms Can Lead to
Over Mastrubation.

Just like eating, if you don't get satisfied all you can think about is MORE!

If you just "get right to it" when you mastrubate, your body often does not secrete enough sexual fluid and hormones to feel "satisfied". We call this a weak orgasm.

It still feels good, but does not physiologically or mentally complete the job. Your body is not "satisfied". So, you masturbate again, and again until your body does register "satisfaction". This can be very debilitating to the prostate and testicles. Especially in men over 25.

On the other hand, during normal intercourse, the prostate receives a good amount of massage from both your hip movement and frontal contact with the woman's pubic bone. This produces a stronger more satisfying orgasm.

The Most Intense Orgasm You'll Ever Have!

The most intense orgasms happen when the nerves in the prostate are most stimulated. It is undoubtedly the most satisfying orgasm. And, probably the healthiest because more fluid is moved and more blood flows.

The prostate gland is the male "G Spot".

That is why many women want to put their finger up their partner's anus to massage his prostate during sexual intercourse. This direct prostate stimulation greatly increases the intensity of the orgasm. If you have ever experienced this, you know what I am talking about.

However, a woman's finger barely does the job. Still, it can increase the intensity of the orgasm dramatically.

The danger with a woman's finger, is that the woman's finger nail can cause a tear in the lining of the bowel. This can cause a very serious infection!

If you want to achieve a truly magnificent breath taking orgasm, especially during mastrubation, the safest and most effective way is with an Aneros Prostate Massager.

Nothing else compares!

This device actually can:

* Help you achieve the most intense orgasm possible (more intense than you probably ever imagined possible!)

* Give you the type of orgasm that leaves you so satisfied that you do not over mastrubate

* Improve the health of your prostate (through greater blood flow)

The Virtual Vagina!

There is nothing that compares with a real live woman for sexual gratification. But, if for some reason you don't have a sex partner, the absolute best and most satisfying sex toy ever invented for mastrubation is the Fleshlight.

Fleshlights are made of a material that is remarkably similar to vaginal skin. And, you design your Fleshlight exactly the way you want it!

You can select the interior texture to be smooth or very stimulating. And, you can even choose a vaginal, oral, or anal opening. They bring mastrubation to a whole new level of complete enjoyment!

When you're all alone, there's nothing wrong with taking care of your personal needs in the most pleasurable and gratifying way possible.

Moderate Regular Ejaculation
Combined With Correct Prostate Massage
Can Help Maintain Your Prostate In Optimum Health!

Let your awareness of your own body and mental state be your guide. Not your sexual cravings. Uncontrolled sexual cravings can ruin you! Literally.

If you have a fulfilling sex life with a partner, no mastrubation may be necessary or desired. Or, you may enjoy mutual mastrubation as part of your sex life together.

If you are alone, or currently not in a sexual relationship, moderate regular mastrubation is healthy and natural and good for you! Don't let anyone try to convince you otherwise.

Moderate amounts of regular ejaculation is both normal and healthful. It doesn't matter whether it happens during intercourse or mastrubation.

Orgasm is a lovely gift! It is meant to be enjoyed throughout your entire life!

keep ur nails sexy and healthy

Tips to Keep Your Nails Strong and Sexy

When you write down your shopping list, as you punch a phone number into your cell, while you wash dishes, do the ironing, clean the windows, or do one hundred other things that women do on any given day do you take notice of the condition of your nails?

Our hands are such an integral part of our daily lives, and constantly, we risk their health and strength, often without even noticing, because of the hustle and bustle of our day-to-day activities. Take a few moments each day, or at least a few times a week, to monitor the condition of your nails the color, the texture, the appearance of ridges or white marks.

Make a greater effort to take good care of your nails, and you will be thrilled with the way they complement your wardrobe and your own personal style. Consider the following tips as a way to enhance the health and quality of your nails.

Great, Healthy Nails

    Apply speed-dry nail polish when time is of the essence.

    Drink lots of water. Keep your body hydrated everyday to maintain healthy nails.

    Fortify your diet with FDA approved vitamins or supplements. Your fingernails count on you to be responsible with your health and your diet. Unless instructed otherwise by your physician, increase your daily doses of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, calcium, folic acid, protein, Vitamin B12, and zinc.

    Touch up your manicure on a daily basis to prevent chips and cracks.

    Your nails depend on you to maintain a healthy diet. Take in lots.

Nail polish tips:

    Finish with a clear topcoat to add gloss and sheen.

    Start with a base coat to strengthen and protect the nails.

    Store nail polish in the refrigerator to maintain a smooth consistency.

    Try not to store nail polish in a room that becomes cold. The nail polish bottles may break without warning, leaving you with a big mess.

To avoid breaking nails or brittle nails:

    Avoid using your nails as tools. This means no picking, scratching, digging, pinching, etc. You know who you are!

    Increase the amount of calcium in your diet.

    Use products containing alcohol, especially perfumed lotions, sparingly. These items can make nails prone to breaking.

    Wear rubber gloves when you do chores that involve continual submersion in water or contact with harsh detergents or chemicals.

Vitamin chart (most vitamins locationsin food)

Vitamins are organic food substances found only in living things, i.e. plants and animals. They are essential for our bodies to function properly, for growth, energy and for our general well-being. With very few exceptions the human body cannot manufacture or synthesize vitamins. They must be supplied in our diet or in man-made dietary supplements. Some people believe that vitamins can replace food, but that is incorrect. In fact, vitamins cannot be assimilated without also ingesting food. That is why it is best to take them with a meal. Synthetic vitamin supplements can be of varying quality, so it is a good idea to get your supplements from a reliable source.

Your body needs folate to produce red blood cells, as well as components of the nervous system. It helps in the formation and creation of DNA and maintaining normal brain function, and is a critical part of spinal fluid. It has also been proven to reduce the risk for an NTD-affected (neural tube defect) pregnancy by 50 to 70 percent. Folic acid is vital for proper cell growth and development of the embryo. That is why it is important for a woman to have enough folate/folic acid in her body both before and during pregnancy.

Children need about 5 mg/day.

Vitamin D is known as the "sunshine vitamin" since it is manufactured by the body after being exposed to sunshine. Ten to fifteen minutes of good sunshine three times weekly is adequate to produce the body's requirement of vitamin D. This means that we don't need to obtain vitamin D from our diet unless we get very little sunlight – usually not a problem for children.

Vitamin D is vital to the human body as it promotes absorption of calcium and magnesium, which are essential for the normal development of healthy teeth and bones. It also helps maintain adequate levels of calcium and phosphorus in the blood.

Note: some researchers and medical experts believe that with all of the positive studies using higher doses of vitamin E, this daily recommended intake is not high enough.

Like vitamin C, vitamin E plays a significant role as an antioxidant, thereby protecting body tissue from the damage of oxidation. It is important in the formation of red blood cells and the use of vitamin K. Many women also use it to help minimize the appearance of wrinkles, and mothers use it to help heal minor wounds without scarring, as it is valued for its ability to soothe and heal broken or stressed skin tissue.

how to have and keep ur hair healthy

Have Healthy Hair

Shiny, healthy hair is a reflection of a healthy body, so it's like two for the price of one. Just like your body, your hair needs a balanced, nutritious diet to stay healthy. So follow this recipe for healthier hair, and be amazed at the difference it makes!

Water

Water makes up one-fourth of the weight of a strand of hair. Moisture makes the hair supple, so make sure you get plenty of fluids. A key point is NOT to wait until you're thirsty. If you're thirsty, it means your body has already lost more water than it should have, and it's urging you to fill up the tank. Water not only hydrates your body, but helps keep your hair silky and shiny. Ideally, you should drink between eight and ten glasses of water a day.

Protein

Protein is the building block of hair, so a diet for healthy hair contains an awful lot of protein! Protein will give the shaft of your hair more strength, and will reduce the likelihood of dame through snapping and splitting. You can get protein from foods like fish, meat, milk, cheese and cereals.

Minerals

  • Iron helps to carry oxygen to the hair. Without enough iron, hair and its follicles get starved of oxygen. This means that the ‘goodness’ in the root of your hair is much less effective along the length of the strand. You can increase your iron intake by eating red meat and dark green vegetables, or by iron supplements.
  • Zinc builds hair protein which helps to prevent hair loss. Meat and seafood are the foods highest in zinc.
  • Copper is involved in the pigmentation of hair. You can optimize your natural color with a diet with plenty of copper. Who needs hair dye and fake color! Shellfish, liver, fresh vegetables, nuts, seeds and meat are all high in copper.

Vitamins

  • Vitamin A will give you a healthy scalp, because it’s great for the skin! You can get vitamin A from foods like vegetables - in particular, in carrots. (So it’s good for the waistline too!)
  • Vitamin B and C are important for good circulation, hair growth and hair color. If you ensure that you have enough vitamin B and C, you’ll have strong, supple strands of hair that do not split. You can get these vitamins from eating foods like fruit, vegetables, cereals, eggs, milk and bread.

So follow this healthy guide… be sure to add in a hefty dose of daily exercise to keep that blood pumping… then add proper hair care on the surface! Go ahead and try it!

(1978), the first installment in what proved to be an autobiographic trilogy, completed with _adduta misrija (1982)_ and Iskanderija, kaman oue kaman (1990). In 1992, Jacques Lassalle proposed him to stage a piece of his choice for Comédie Française: Chahine chose to adapt Albert Camus' "Caligola," which proved hugely successful. The same year he started writing Mohager, al- (1994), a story inspired by the Biblical character of Joseph, son of Jacob. This had long been a dream-project, and he finally got to shoot it in 1994. In 1997, 46 years and 5 invitations later, he was again selected Hors Competition in Cannes with Massir, al- (1997).

Michael Jackson in a Wheel Chair!

King of pop Michael Jackson sparked health concerns after he appeared at a bookshop in a wheelchair. The 49-year-old singer, who came to the Las Vegas bookshop along with his kids, was dressed in pyjamas and slippers and wheeled about by a minder. Looking skinny and fragile, Jacko hid himself behind shades, a cap, black scarf and surgical mask. "There are constant rumours of a Michael Jackson comeback but it was shocking to see that in reality he is a shadow of his former self," The Sun quoted an onlooker as saying. "He seemed too weak even to get out of the chair to cross the road himself. He stayed in the store for two hours and wheeled himself around in the chair the whole time. "The skin on his hands was peeling, almost like a snake's. He kept his mask on all the time. His security man was at his side and nobody approached him. It is really sad," the onlooker added. Jacko was seen reading in the kids' section with children, Prince Michael, 11, Paris Katherine, ten, and five-year-old Prince Michael II, alias Blanket. According to the sources, the singer often goes out in a wheelchair when he is too weak to walk. "He has days when he is fine but others when he feels listless and too weak to walk. Then he calls for the wheelchair," a source said. "Usually on those days he also refuses to get dressed, spending all day in his pyjamas," the source added.
