its a french site which offers to give u any hotmail password for free and ask from u the victim's email and ur email to send passwrd to it ITS A FAKE not true dont ever do this it catchs ppl who do want steal passwords and report them to police and shit 30700 person did that including friend of mine so dont try it ever
