7 steps to have a good healthy sex

How to Have Sex (Male with Female)

Introduction

So you've found the right partner. Now what?

Things You'll Need

  • Member of the opposite sex

Steps:

1Step One

Take off your and your partner's clothes. This can be done slowly or quickly, depending on how horny you and your partner are. Watch your partner's reactions to your actions to make sure you aren't moving too slow/fast.
Yes, you can have sex while still wearing a variety of clothing items, but for now just get naked.

2Step Two

Make the man's penis erect. If you're naked with your partner, this may already have happened. If it's not erect yet, some gentle stroking or sucking by the female partner should do the trick.
If you've got erectile dysfunction, you may need more help with this step than this article can provide.

3Step Three

Make the woman's vagina wet. There are several ways to do this:
- Gently stroke the vagina with fingers (either the man's or the woman's), starting just inside the "lips".
- Have the male partner lick the vagina. The combination of saliva and stimulation by the tongue is a winner.
- Use a personal lubricant. Put some on your fingers and gently massage into the vagina. This is a good backup plan in case the first two methods don't work.

4Step Four

Put a condom on the male's penis. This step is optional but is a wise move, especially if the female partner is not on birth control or if the partners do not know the details of each other's sexual history.

5Step Five

Slide the penis into the vagina. Pull the penis part way out, then slide in again (a.k.a. "thrusting"). Repeat. Start slow at first, then gradually increase speed and thrusting power. The male should read the female partner's reactions (touch, sound, sight) so he doesn't go too fast or too powerfully for her.
You can do this from a variety of angles and positions. For starters, try the classic missionary: female on her back, legs spread apart.

6Step Six

Repeat Step 5 until the male reaches orgasm. It's possible (likely, even) that the female will not have climaxed by the time the male does. Manual or oral stimulation may be required for her to achieve orgasm. Such stimulation takes practice and is beyond the scope of this article. There's no better way to learn than by trying, though.

7Step Seven

Repeat these steps as often as possible. Practice makes perfect and this is one activity you won't mind devoting some extra time to.
